I have added a cover letter to the petition, which will be emailed to the Presiding Officer of the Suffolk Legislature: DuWayne Gregory when signed by future supporters. In addition, I have added a clearer (I believe) headline for when the petition is shared. I have not altered the text of the petition as already signed by you and the other supporters.
