It's in the County's hands now.

Friends, I have alerted every and all persons who would be able to remedy the situatio to make sure this doesn't happen anymore. The Governon has been informed of this loophole about the playground. The Town Hall of Santa Claus has been notified, Sheriff's Office, Clerks Office, Judge Dartt and Katie Thompson at CASA, my friends at Community Corrections who are still active in the Community, The management at Santa's Lodge and all of my neighbors. That's about everything I can do. Now I am just waiting for a response. I have also offered to send the Sheriff's office a link to my camera out front if they felt it would be useful. It's the County's and God's hands now. Whatever will be, will be. Pray we can do something. We shouldn't have to be told to just move if we feel threatened when we were here first and this should have  never been allowed in the first place. But what can we do right? Unfortunately the law is the law, for now. I would encourage everyone to write the Governor and explain the situation we are facing here in Santa Claus. This should not have happened, ever. It has to stop, not just here but everywhere. Things must change and our beautiful state should be the first to do so, especially with what is happening now. It's time to take a stand against this type of thing and protect our kids through legal action, let's get these laws revised so there are no more loopholes. Many times these offenders seem to get more rights than even their victims. It's not ok, nor will it ever be ok. This is unnaceptable. It must be changed and soon.
