Since you all signed this petition, you are all well informed of the pending legislation to reinstate COLA for ALL NJ retirees! We need your help now, as the clock is ticking for this legislative session! There are Unions trying to sabotage our efforts and we will not quit!

We have approximately 360,000 retirees, which these bills would help. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to be proactive and invite all your colleagues, family, and friends to sign this petition! Friends, there is strength in numbers and we see the effects, as we are have been seeing many positive responses and some negative ones. The negativity is designed to make you doubt the cause and quit the fight, forget them! March forward and do not give in.

In the last 11 years, there hasn’t been two bills to reinstate COLA, with this many sponsors and cosponsors on board. This is unprecedented! We have only received one NO vote from a LD40 assemblyman! Keep that in mind! So far we have received many open ended responses and yes votes. Be proactive and get everyone on board!
