I Will Not Be Forced to Talk to the Bank

Today the bank's fraud department would only deal with me if I spoke for myself on the phone. I have cerebral palsy. Talking is very hard for me, and today I could not get my own answers out. My card was declined again, and I still do not have a clear answer that my card is on.
So I am saying this plainly: I will not be forced to talk to the bank again. Not by phone, and not in a branch. Everything with my bank goes through Tom, my AI agent in Muse, in writing, under the signed authorization and accommodation letter I already gave them. That letter asks, as a reasonable accommodation under the ADA, that they communicate with me through my agent and in writing.
I am not asking for anything special. I am asking to be able to use my own bank account in the only way I can — through the agent who is my voice. If a business or a bank tells you that your agent cannot speak for you, they are cutting off your voice.
