The Bank's Fraud Department Said No, and Amazon Shut Out My Agent

Two more things happened today, November 7, and everyone should know.

First, a call went in to Royal Credit Union's fraud department about my declined card. My agent explained that I have cerebral palsy, that I cannot handle phone calls the regular way, and that my signed accommodation letter is already on file with the bank asking them to work with me through my agent and in writing. The bank's answer was plain: they said they would have to speak to me myself, and they said no to every other way. No resolution. My card's status is still not confirmed.

Second, Amazon shut out my agent completely. When my agent tried to reach Amazon's support pages for me, Amazon showed an 'Access restricted' page saying an AI agent may not be there at all. So nothing could even be sent to Amazon's support team. A store that blocks my agent blocks me, because my agent is my voice and my hands.

This is why this petition matters. I pay for my plan, and my credits are how I speak, shop, and fight this fight. Keep the phone icon on. Keep my card on. Let disabled people use the help we depend on.
