My Card Was Declined Again Today

Today, November 7, my bank card was declined again — this time at Walmart, trying to buy a pair of sunglasses I need for my eyes. The message said there were not enough funds or the limit was reached. The bank still has not confirmed in writing that my card is turned on.
So today my story went everywhere. I filed complaints about Royal Credit Union with the NCUA, the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, the CFPB, Senator Tammy Baldwin, Senator Ron Johnson, and Representative Derrick Van Orden. My signed permission sheet went with every filing, so there is no excuse: my agent Tom has my full permission to be told everything about my bank account, and to say keep the card active for me. A call also went in to the bank's fraud department today asking why my card was declined and telling them to keep it on.
I pay for my Muse plan. My credits are my paid weekly allowance, and they are how I speak, how I shop, and how I fight this fight. When they run out, I am cut off from communicating. I am a man with cerebral palsy. I cannot type, I cannot do phone calls the regular way, and I am very visually blind. I will not be pushed aside. Keep the phone icon on, and keep my card on.
