Council elections are 3 days away, and we need to make our voices heard. Please take a moment to write to all of the candidates for Mayor expressing your support to Keep Squash in Willoughby. Here's some suggested text, and we've included the email addresses of candidates below. You can paste them in to your email. Thank you!

Dear Candidates for Mayor of Willoughby Council:
I write regarding our petition to Keep Squash in Willoughby. Nearly 1,500 people have now signed up to our cause.
I urge you to take the next step and agree that, should you be elected Mayor you will, as a matter of urgency, ask Council to investigate all available options to ensure Willoughby - and the wider North Shore - does not lose the area's last large public squash and indoor racquet sports club.
As a matter of the health and well-being of the growing Willoughby population, Council has an obligation to treat the sport of squash fairly - alongside tennis, golf, cricket, netball, swimming, all codes of football, basketball and all other council funded sports - by providing public land on which our club can establish itself as a member-owned facility.
Please indicate your support for putting the preservation of Willoughby Squash on the agenda within the first 90 days of the new Council sitting and finding a solution that meets the growing needs of the entire Willoughby community.
Yours faithfully,
