Earlier this month, a vote on the popular lecturer’s excellence review took place. As College Fix describes in detail, the "review" process is deeply flawed, rigged against Professor Fink so badly due to Kerri Johnson's inability to tolerate intellectual diversity within her department. Virtually everything leading up to the vote was done incorrectly or dishonestly. At the outset Kerri Johnson (who has an uncanny ability to keep getting caught in her lies), tried to block Professor Fink from soliciting several of his own student evaluation letters to ensure that his review file fairly represented him. He also provided a list of students from whom the department could solicit letters - but the Department refused to do so, only until it was too late. After being given a new list, they eventually solicited letters, but "accidentally" omitted the single strongest letter. To make matters worse, Kerri Johnson selected Greg Bryant, someone deemed at the outset of the review process as "biased" to conduct a classroom evaluation of Professor Fink's teaching. Bryant's letter was riddled with lies and deception.
