We have learned that if Measure Z were to pass, the Park and Open Space District of Napa County might be interested in buying Napa Oaks! http://napaoutdoors.org/ Essentially Measure Z is a 1/4% tax on sales with the hopes of raising $8 Million Dollars annually that would expire after 14 years. Measure Z would provide money that would be used to purchase open space under threat from developers. The measure also seeks to protect watershed, wildlife and habitat areas.
