Help me to keep my business open in ocean county mall. Fighting for unfairness of early lease termination. This is a small business u have seen my business on the first year u know who I am u know what it is my business to send me to the court for early lease termination is unfair unnecessary u can because u make us sign in front a lease like an execution. After Covid to close a small business in a mall because u have legal right still unfair. I don’t own u any rent why u want to harm or screw my business u needed to think before u sign the second year lease I am going out because I have no legal rights to support me but it doesn’t change the fact that u were unfair to close my business.
