Dear Lexi's Supporters: Thank you again for signing her petition. The wait is so extremely painful but we continue to wait for the Court of Appeals to respond so we can finish the appeal process in this court. This is the reason we believe the California Supreme Court did not take Lexi's case at this time - her case is still pending in the lower court and one of the main reasons why we begged and pleaded for LA County DCFS not to unnecessarily pull her from our home. We are still hopeful that the higher court will rule in favor of Lexi's best interest. So please continue to pray for an expeditious response.
