It’s been a while since we did an update through the petition, however we wanted to reach out again to say thank you for your support. We have just finished updating the saveourlexi.com website to include a high-level summary of the timeline and the uncontested facts of the case (so you don’t have to read all 41 pages of the court of appeals opinion). Please take time to look this over & spread it around to anyone that may have questions about what is going on with Lexi. These shirts are to get people talking about what happened to Lexi & get them to come sign the petition & join the voices. I have had many people ask recently why I got the media involved—the answer is simple, we made the decision that any loving, protective parent would do if their child was about to be removed unjustly. The media is finally opening the world’s eyes to the abuse of ICWA & now people have to listen. As for updates, we continue to prayerfully wait for the California Supreme Court to respond on our stay request. Please join us in that prayer.
