We are trying to keep K9 Bullet with his handler, Officer Yarbrough, of 4 years.  This is the only handler that K9 Bullet has known and been with.  The City is retiring him and wants to take him away from his handler, to sell him like a piece of property such as a patrol unit.  K9 Bullet has only ever been with and lived with Officer Yarbrough.  Every other K9 has been allowed to stay with their handlers, until now.
