Our community is being devastated by frequent, discriminatory arrests made by unidentified masked individuals claiming to be law enforcement officers. Their presence on our streets has impaired the ability of many to live their daily lives out of fear of being stopped or detained without a warrant. 

ICE's calculated presence near courthouses and medical service offices are malicious and infringe upon every individual's right to access emergency healthcare and rights to due process, citizen or not. Instilling fear in those seeking out medical attention and court services is no different than arbitrarily depriving them of life, liberty and property without due process under the law and is a violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments. Urgent action is needed to stop this fear from preventing more of our families, friends and neighbors from seeking potentially life-saving medical care or being provided their day in court.
