Acadian Ambulance is proposing to takeover 911 Service in Jefferson Parish. This takeover will greatly affect ambulance response times to the citizens of Jefferson Parish requiring critical emergency medical care. Acadian is a private, For Profit company. They are Profit Before Patients. This could mean life or death to many patients!!! Acadian makes their money in scheduled transports. Acadian is always late to these transports and are 15-30 calls behind at any given time. East Jefferson EMS is here to serve the public, To Serve YOU!!!
