Thank you for signing the KDHE Petition for Public Hearing to Discuss a CAFO in Minneapolis, Kansas. While your signature speaks volumes, the most significant impact we can make is to email the KDHE with our personal concerns. 

Please email kdhe.feedlots@ks.gov and list your concerns about the CAFO establishment, as this will impact the likelihood of gaining a hearing. Here is how to prepare the email: 

1. Email kdhe.feedlots@ks.gov 
2. Address the email to Casey Guccione
3. List that you are writing to inform them of your concerns regarding: 
     RE: Public Notice No. KS-AG-24-085
     FACILITY: Smoky Hills Pork
     PERMIT NO.: A-SOOT-H001
4. List any and all concerns you have with the CAFO establishment and ask for a public hearing
5. Send the email no later than 4pm this Friday,  May 10th
6. Reference the attached letter for more information
