When people hear the word "dog", they think loving, loyal, best friend.  So why are there so many chained dogs in this country?

When a dog is chained they become lonely, isolated, depressed.  They struggle to survive the elements.  They don't know what they did wrong.  It is a slow death for a social animal.

It's time for change.   Let's make this great nation even better for man's best friend!
