VIBE Arts is one of the many amazing organizations that helps to make 401 Richmond the arts and culture hub that it is today -- and that we hope to preserve. VIBE Arts is a not-for-profit charity founded in 1995 that works to build sustainable localized partnerships and leverage the artistic agency of young people to collaboratively develop and implement meaningful, innovative and impactful hands-on arts education programs for children and youth who identify with the margins.
