The Board of MidSumma (spearheaded by CEO Karen Bryant) has entered into an unholy alliance with News Corp.

News Corp are a 'Gold-level' Sponsor of the MidSumma Pride March this coming January - despite tabloid broadsheets like 'The Herald Sun' waging war against all who fall within the GLBTI acronym (particularly those advocating for the enshrinement of Safe Schools).

News Corp is the umbrella company that also owns the Sydney equivalent 'The Daily Telegraph'.

This petition demands CEO Karen Bryant and her troupe of 'esteemed' MidSumma Board Members renege on their sponsorship deal with News Corp.

This flawed decision to appoint News Corp as an integral sponsor for a major GLBTI annual event is unethical, unscrupulous and downright dangerous.
