CHANNAPATNA is a town in ramnagara district of karnataka india.

CHANNAPATNA has a small forest which is coridor to millions of wild animals that strect to mysure wild life reserve. Recently the local political leader have planned to built a government factory in the wi

ild life forest area and has already cut down the many trees and is a head to destroy forest completely. The forest has elephants, cheetahs, bears, peacocks, deers etc .... Recently due to cut of many trees the water scarcity has increased in the forest as the forest river broke down and there is no water in the forest. 

On 15th march 2 elephant (mother and its child) has came to the center of town. Officials alerted the citizens but the reason was unknown why the elephants had come. But later the elephant was discovered that they had come to drink water in a small pond which is located in the town which is also near to the Bangalore-Mysore highway. 

Later on the forest official managed to send back the elephants. But in this tough hot weather the animals in the forest are dying.

The forest which has thousands of kilometers is reducing day by day and the local also support the wild life and are deeply concerned. Imagine if a elephant had come so far from forest to just drink water what is the worst possible situation in the forest and big animals like elephants managed to come but other animals and birds are dying to heat and increased temperatures. 

People are all taking about human rights and are advised to drink more water during summer but only few are concerned about our heritage wildlife and animals. 

Pleases help the mother earth by saving the wildlife and at least let the forest department look into this matter and give enough water to the wildlife and also save trees.

Due to distraction of forest the basic facility like food and water is not available in forest eventually animals and birds will die.

Soon the political leaders will encroach the forest and for feature there will be no forest alive

Because of this forest many agricultural land is benefited with water and wildlife birds. If the forest is destroyed eventually the farmers and the land natural heritage like fertility and minerals will be lost.Along with the wild life.

Please help by signing the petition and help the wild life all over the world. Your voice matters for wildlife who is also the natural habitants like Humans.
