At a later date, I will address the manipulated financial analysis information presented and the issues with AdvanceKC where EVERY project seems to warrant TIF incentives these days. But for now, I want those following this issue to know we are going to file a petition to bring this resolution to a vote of the PEOPLE who elect the City Council.
