-       Provide Additional funding for Animal Shelters

-       Enhance Definitions & Strengthening Penalties for Animal Hoarding, Neglect, Abuse, & Cruelty

-       Provide Incentives for Guardians to License/Register their Pets

-       Establish Support for Guardians via Pet Pantries, and Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Programs & Medical Clinics

-       Empower Courts to Rule in Favor of the Animal’s Best Interests in Custody Cases & Estate Disputes
