As we enter 2025, we cannot waiver in our mission to obtain legal protections for our companion animals.  Supporting The P.A.W.S. Doctrine will help protect all furry, feathered, and scaled companions, by:

-       Ending Outdoor Living & Chaining for Dogs & other Companion Animals

-       Providing Additional funding for Animal Shelters

-       Enhancing Definitions & Strengthening Penalties for Animal Hoarding, Neglect, Abuse, & Cruelty

-       Providing Incentives for Guardians to License/Register their Pets

-       Establishing Supports for Guardians via Pet Pantries, and Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Programs & Medical Clinics

-       Empowering Courts to Rule in Favor of the Animal’s Best Interests in Custody Cases & Estate Disputes
