14 year old with Autism went out Saturday January 23rd with friends to hang out and an irresponsible adult ended up renting a hotel room for the children to drink. The victim got extremely drunk and passed out and once he woke up his phone was broke. As he was using his sister’s phone he noticed a video of him on Snapchat unconscious naked while 3 other kids aged 11,12, & 13 peeing, shitting, & came on him while he was asleep. The family contacted the police and received a call from Deputy J. I Cooper from Kanawha county sheriffs office and noticed that he was related to one of the individuals involved. Also Deputy J.I Cooper is protecting the individuals involved due to their relation. Nothing is being done about the situation and were demanding that he’s fired and justice will be served
