Petition updatePaul Edmondson: Writers are Entitled to ALL Earnings, Removal of Content & Author ContentHubPages Must Be Worried

So this is amusing: at one point InfoBarrel's admin offered to post my petition in their new iBME Facebook group after I forgot to start a new thread for it. (Jonathan Nielsen was already in the process of posting it, though).
Then, a couple of days later, I receive this from InfoBarrel's admin: "We’ve had some things pop up on our legal radar and have been instructed that My Passion Media channels, (Infobarrel, InfoBarrel forums, InfoBarrel Social Media) can no longer be used for controversial potential legal battles with similar platforms."
Really? Corporate bullying now? Or again, I should say. Remember that "commissioned" review of InfoBarrel and the screenshot proof that was submitted under "fair use" but a DMCA notice managed to convince Amazon to "shut down" InfoBarrel's servers?
I propose that InfoBarrel NO LONGER:
a) Provide links to HubPages from author profile pages (HubPages removed the link I had to InfoBarrel on my original Squidoo profile – which they imported without my permission and despite my numerous public protests)
InfoBarrel needs to:
b) Ban all HubPages shills (which IS illegal)
c) Ban anyone abusing InfoBarrel authors (I've been slandered by numerous HubPages aficionados)
Lastly, there MAY indeed be a bug in our petition stats. Or, perhaps people aren't providing all the info necessary to have their signatures tallied. Early this morning, I recorded a video of my stats graph (link is included in this update).
Bottom line: I know hundreds of writers were negatively impacted by what was clearly an unfair and deceptive business "transaction" with HubPages. I know we have somewhere between 28 and 306 signatures.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Best,
Rose
