We started a new petition - this time addressed to the President of the Philippines - President Rodrigo Roa-Duterte.

Since Congress already ratified the National Integrated Cancer Control Act, all it needs to become a Republic Act is for the President to affix his signature.

So we are calling on everyone again - to sign this petition, to show Malacanang, that we need this now - not later - so a new era in fighting and controlling cancer can begin without delay.
