From Séamus: I want to give a big welcome all our new petition signers! We have had over 11,000 new signers in the past month since we started Round 2 of our campaign to Bring K9 Mattie Home, with new signers every day, for a current total of nearly 220,000. That's the population of Madison, WI, or Fort Wayne, IN. Amazing. We are overwhelmed.
We do our best to keep everyone in the loop about what's going on with the campaign. There is in fact a lot of relevant info to put out, and the change.org update feature facilitates its dissemination. If you go back over our previous updates you will see that they serve as a history of our efforts to save Mattie from being taken, and when that failed, of our struggle to get her back. (They can all be accessed from the bottom of our petition page).
I promise you, there is quite a bit about our surreal saga that will shock you, and we have every intention of releasing all of it insofar as the limits of the format and appropriate timing will permit. So stay tuned!
We have a new email for anyone who wishes to contact us directly: k9mattie@yahoo.com. Many of you have contacted us with useful information, suggestions, and words of encouragement, and we respond to every message.
A recent contributor told us of the recent loss of his 10 year old Labrador Retriever to natural causes. This frightens me. MSA has threatened to work Mattie till she's 11 and the average life expectancy of a Lab is 12 years, give or take. We cannot bear the thought of never seeing her again, especially considering the horrid circumstances in which she was taken from us. The sooner we get her back, the better, and with every individual donation to our fundraiser we are closer to making it happen. Here is our GoFundMe link: https://www.gofundme.com/f/bring-k9-mattie-home
Here's our PayPal link, for those who prefer that donation route: https://www.paypal.me/seamusk9
We reach out individually to thank each one of you who decides to help out this way. For more background I've included the article about the fundraiser, which came out in last week's e-version and this week's print version of the Irish Echo (available at newsstands throughout the country but mostly in the Northeast).
For those who have called or texted the company to let them know what you think, hearty thanks to you! We are now including the emails so they get the message through every medium of communication possible. Here the contact info for the principle corporate bosses involved:
CEO Glen Kucera (the man who made the decision to take Mattie away), 973-981-1275; gkucera@msasecurity.net
Chairman Mike O’Neil (the company’s public face), 516-491-9721; moneil@msasecurity.net
K9 Director Mike Wynn (the scumbag who deliberately moved Mattie across the country to keep her from her family), 917-923-5508; mwynn@msasecurity.net
Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP) main number, 212-287-3341 (Heads up: PWP falsely claims that Mattie is an MSA internal issue, that they have nothing to do with it. This is false - they are intimately involved with MSA's operations!). MSA Security main number, 212-509-1336
The Perella Weinberg people who own MSA keep themselves relatively insulated; they are billionaires after all. So while we don't have their direct numbers, here are the emails of the fellas who oversee MSA: Chip Baird, cbaird@pwpartners.com David Ferguson, dferguson@pwpartners.com John McKee, jmckee@pwpartners.com
We are deeply grateful for your support and encouragement, God bless America xoxo
