Hi there,

All of us at THEA are so thankful for your support of our efforts to remediate historic waste from our communities here in Houston.

On October 11, 2017, The EPA issued their long-awaited Record of Decision (ROD), which unequivocally ruled in the Coalition’s favor ordering full remediation of the site costing nearly $115 million.

Years later, the responsible parties are now attempting to have the dioxin waste classified as a class two non-hazardous waste, which would not require monitoring for the toxic lifespan of the waste material - OUR WORK IS NOT DONE, WE'VE STARTED A NEW PETITION AND WE NEED YOUR SIGNATURE.

The work we are doing with the EPA and the San Jacinto River Waste Pits is setting the standard for how historic waste will be dealt with across our great country!

Please sign, and share it with your family and friends right away!
