For the health and safety of our young people, let’s not disrupt their lives again by reducing the morning light and further exacerbating the effects of COVID-19. With all the isolation and loneliness out there, we need more morning light to improve mood and reduce disruption of natural circadian rhythms.
Spring and Summer days are naturally longer with Standard Time. There is no need to have daylight at 9:30 at night. It is also really difficult to wake up in the morning when it’s still dark at 8 am in March.
