On Tuesday, a group of students erected a Lennon Wall for the movement in Hong Kong near Aberdeen Station. The wall was however maliciously destroyed.

As Canadians, we should commit ourselves to upholding the freedom of expression, social justice and similar core values.

In view of this, Vancouver Society in Support of Democratic Movement will put up a new wall at the same place on upcoming Saturday. We will engage interested parties to join the event.

We hereby appeal for your assistance in encouraging other people to join us and demonstrate support to the movement in Hong Kong.
