This is part of an email Metrolinx responded to as I put a complaint in. Note that they are encouraging customers to use alternative methods on how to get to the GO stations. I have replied advising that this is unfair as we spend so much time in our days as it is travelling to work from such a far distance, on top of paying for transit they want us to either use our valuable time and either walk or ride our bikes to the stations (add another 30 mins to an hour for this one way there and then home), what about when the weather is bad? Do they not think we have nothing better to do with our time? We all have family to come home to at the end or the day. Or they want us to spend more money and take an Uber. That's on top of our car payments, our gas, and our insurance for the car most of us have sitting at home in our driveways.
