More than 2 million animals a year are killed for their fur. They are confined in tiny cages on factory fur farms in Canada, living in misery. These conditions cause severe psychological distress and physical harm to the animals. Farmed foxes are usually killed by anal electrocution, and farmed minks are typically killed by gassing with carbon monoxide. Fur farms are also damaging the environment and are a breeding ground for COVID-19, with dozens of outbreaks on fur farms globally.
With winter here and COVID-19 not slowing down, now is not the time to stop fighting for these animals!
