$220 million shortfall!

Hello everyone, I am sharing an article that was published a few weeks ago in The Globe and Mail. It shares the result of an actuarial study into the sufficiency of the pre/post settlement fund, and it shows that there is an enormous $220 million shortfall - not $65 million as we first thought. The Courts will be considering how to address part of this shortfall this week in Toronto. If you're in Vancouver, they will be linking up to the Toronto court with video - same for Edmonton and Montreal if you're there, you should be able to watch the proceedings starting December 15.
