The parliamentary committee is meeting today to finalize a report that will make recommendations regarding the closing of the Comox Marine Communications and Traffic Services Station. We are making inroads with Members of Parliament. The more MPs we have that fully understand the situation, the more likely we are to be in our endeavour to keep the Comox MCTS station open. The recent Twitter action was definitely noticed. So I'm asking you to tweet again today and let our voices be heard. I've seen it firsthand with a petition I started to re-open the Kitsilano Coast Guard Station, which amplified the voices of concerned activists who worked tirelessly towards a victory.
