Various people send their horses to auctions thinking that they will go to good homes.I say that if we create a law where we can know and refuse who buys our horses (killbuyers),that a lot of people would be happier.please consider a law that would allow horse owners in auction to know if it is a horse kill buyer,and the right to refuse their offer.thank you and please make this happen!
