Right now, Changes tour has been postponed. However, we do not know when that will be uplifted. There is an expected second wave of the virus for fall 2020 so it will not be anytime soon. People all over the United States do not have jobs and are in need of money. Justin and his team should at least give us the option to refund the tickets to those who need that extra cash, unsure, and uncomfortable with gathering with large groups of people considering the circumstances. Additionally, rescheduling can have an impact on people. Most people buy tickets out of state and would not be able to go if it is during school season. It is a right to have the option for a refund.
