Exigimos Acciones Concretas

Ante la falta de respuestas claras por parte del establecimiento y la angustia de una familia, exigimos a las autoridades de Guanajuato tomar las siguientes medidas de manera inmediata:

Investigación Formal por la Fiscalía: Demandamos una investigación penal inmediata y exhaustiva por parte de la Fiscalía General de Guanajuato por la presunta negligencia, fraude o robo que condujo a la desaparición de Halo.

Suspensión de Operaciones: Solicitamos la suspensión inmediata y temporal de las operaciones del Albergue/Pensión HIPSTERRIER hasta que la investigación concluya y se determinen responsabilidades.

Regulación de Guarderías: Exigimos al Congreso del Estado de Guanajuato iniciar el proceso para crear una Ley de Supervisión Obligatoria para guarderías y pensiones caninas, que incluya: cámaras de seguridad obligatorias y protocolos estrictos de registro y entrega de animales, para proteger a todas las mascotas en el estado.

​Suspension of Operations: We request the immediate and temporary suspension of the operations of the HIPSTERRIER Kennel/Boarding House until the investigation concludes and responsibilities are determined.

​Regulation of Boarding Facilities: We demand that the Guanajuato State Congress initiate the process to create a Mandatory Supervision Law for dog daycares and boarding facilities, which must include: mandatory security cameras and strict protocols for animal registration and handover, to protect all pets in the state.
