PETICIÓN DE REVOCACIÓN DE CARGOS LEGALES CONTRA EL DR. RUBÉN ZAMORA -- Tu acción inmediata es esencial.
La Juez Mirtala Portillo de Cruz ha solicitado al Fiscal General de la República opinión sobre el Recurso presentado por la defensa del Dr. Zamora pidiendo su libertad, la cual debe ser dada durante los próximos días de la semana.
La Juez, sin justa causa y con falsas pruebas, ha acusado a Rubén Zamora de “Encubrimiento Personal” por haber apoyado y votado a favor de la “Ley de Amnistía General para la Consolidación de la Paz” de 1993, que concedía amnistía sin ninguna excepción y derogaba la ley del año anterior que negaba la amnistía a los responsables de delitos de lesa humanidad.
Como es de conocimiento público y consta en los archivos de la Asamblea Legislativa, Rubén Zamora no firmó la petición de ley, no la apoyó, voto en contra y en su calidad de vicepresidente de la Asamblea Legislativa se negó a firmar el texto.
En vista de lo anterior, la familia de Rubén Zamora Rivas, sus compatriotas salvadoreños y de la diáspora y amigos en el extranjero pedimos al Fiscal General de La República que que de opinión favorable para que se desestime definitivamente el caso.

Judge Mirtala Portillo de Cruz has asked the Attorney General of El Salvador for an opinion on the Appeal presented by Dr. Zamora's defense requesting his release, which must be given during the next few days of this week.
The Judge, without just cause and with false evidence, has accused Rubén Zamora of “Personal Concealment” for having supported and voted in favor of the “General Amnesty Law for the Consolidation of Peace” of 1993, which granted amnesty without any exception and repealed the previous year's law that denied amnesty to those responsible for crimes against humanity.
As is public knowledge and appears in the archives of the Legislative Assembly, Rubén Zamora did not sign the bill, he did not support it, he voted against and in his capacity as vice president of the Legislative Assembly he refused to sign the text.
In view of the above, the family of Rubén Zamora Rivas, his fellow Salvadorans and diaspora and friends abroad ask the Attorney General to provide a favorable opinion to definitively dismiss the case.

La juge Mirtala Portillo de Cruz a demandé au procureur général du Salvador un avis sur l'appel présenté par la défense du Dr Zamora demandant sa libération, qui doit être rendu dans les prochains jours de cette semaine.
Le juge, sans juste motif et avec de fausses preuves, a accusé Rubén Zamora de « recel personnel » pour avoir soutenu et voté en faveur de la « Loi d'amnistie générale pour la consolidation de la paix » de 1993, qui accordait l'amnistie sans aucune exception et abrogeait la loi de l'année précédente qui refusait l'amnistie aux responsables de crimes contre l'humanité.
Comme on le sait et comme le montrent les archives de l'Assemblée législative, Rubén Zamora n'a pas signé le projet de loi, il ne l'a pas soutenu, il a voté contre et en sa qualité de vice-président de l'Assemblée législative, il a refusé de signer le texte.
Compte tenu de ce qui précède, la famille de Rubén Zamora Rivas, ses compatriotes salvadoriens, la diaspora et ses amis à l'étranger de donner un avis favorable pour classer définitivement le dossier.

Il giudice Mirtala Portillo de Cruz ha chiesto parere al Procuratore Generale di El Salvador sul ricorso presentato dalla difesa del dottor Zamora chiedendone la liberazione, che dovrà essere pronunciato nei prossimi giorni di questa settimana.
Il Giudice, senza giusto motivo e con false prove, ha accusato Rubén Zamora di “Occultamento personale” per aver sostenuto e votato a favore della “Legge di amnistia generale per il consolidamento della pace” del 1993, che concedeva l’amnistia senza alcuna eccezione e abrogava la legge dell'anno precedente che negava l'amnistia ai responsabili di crimini contro l'umanità.
Come è noto all'opinione pubblica e risulta dagli archivi dell'Assemblea Legislativa, Rubén Zamora non ha firmato il disegno di legge, non l'ha sostenuto, ha votato contro e in qualità di vicepresidente dell'Assemblea Legislativa si è rifiutato di firmare il testo.
