On the May 9th six witnesses were expected on the stand but only one witness was presented and  testimony recorded . 

10th May, the court was ready to proceed with 3 witnesses. The defence entered a plea bargain for murder. The court directed the parties to prepare a plea bargain agreement and present it to the court on July 12, 2023.
