Hello people of Harris county and all other counties this has reached, my brother was murdered November 3rd at a party in Denver Harbor off Chadwick street, it’s been well over 2 years since his passing! I want to start this petition to get the justice he deserves the detectives on his case want to rule it “ accidental “ but this wasn’t no accident my brother was shot CLOSE RANGE he was in the back of his vehicle while his friends got into his vehicle while my brother “ heard or seen something “ he was then struck the ONLY ONE STRUCK, so many stories speculated about the day my brother lost his life, many claimed to have “ helped “ none of his friends did, as of all the evidence we have seen ourselves I can tell you, my brothers death wasn’t an “ accident “ the following day after my brothers death, we got notified and sent pictures of individuals who showed up to the property asking to “ see footage “ and that’s why we believe this was planned and intentional! All his “ friends “ tell different stories and we always end up back to point A lost and confused on what really happened! The day of this incident he was rushed to LBJ hospital where he was pronounced deceased we where told they “ tried “ everything they could but denied us to fly him anywhere else to try and get him to at least stay with us to tell us who did this to him I was shoved, pushed around as I tried to approach my brother to take him I was told he was “ evidence “ how could they say he was evidence? I seen nothing connected to him, there was no IV no machines only the tubes in his mouth to help him breathe! The room looked clean as if there was no attempt made to save his life I seen nothing but his shoes, jeans, ID, phone and a bit of cash and on one side what I can recall was his bloody white shirt. These officers and doctors all failed to help my brother and we want the justice he deserves! He was robbed of his life at 18 he was just getting started he was a son, brother, uncle, & soon to be father of his unborn child! I’m here to speak up for my brother and get to the bottom of his case! For the sake of my parents, his baby’s mother, his unborn son, our siblings! This is unfair! Justice needs to be served!
