The Defense in the Arica Waters case has been granted a few of their requests:

#1 The State of Ohio will not be allowed to refer to "JB" (alleged serial rapist) as the "VICTIM" any longer!

#2 Defense was granted their two expert witnesses, that the State of Ohio tried to eliminate!

#3 Last minute evidence presented by the State of Ohio, was denied admittance into the court trial set for December 14, 2021! The reason is that this is information that should have been presented early on and shared as discovery with Defense.

#4 Judge Janet Burnside last week refused to allow the testimony of the other two rape victims.

#5 Also, there are new images that were not presented as shared discovery with defense and other maladies with the case. Therefore, Sarah Anjum has requested that the entire case be dismissed.

#6 Defense counsel also asked the court remove alleged serial rapist "JB" as the "Witness" for the State of Ohio's case against Ms. Arica Waters.

#7 Early in the morning hours of 12-6-2021 Ms. Arica Waters attorney filed the motion that Arica was giving up her right to a trial by jury and that was immediately followed up by the other requests mentioned above.
