Northwest Ohio --

The latest in events occurring in the case of the State of Ohio vs. Arica Waters, in an "alleged" false rape claim case is still an ongoing battle of the apparent attempts to SILENCE the REAL VICTIM in this case.

For those of you that are new to this case . . . In 2020 a black female cop reported that she had been raped by a white male cop that happened to be her new co-worker. He went to the prosecutor and asked for him to press charges against her for allegedly lying about him. The prosecutor refused, and so this man hired a private detective and an attorney to defend him. He then went to the Attorney General of Ohio and asked him to pursue charges against her. For some unknown reason the AG of Ohio, Dave Yost along with his "accomplice" Assistant Prosecutor Drew Wood picked up the case and for the past year they have been going at it trying to get Arica Waters convicted of a crime that she didn't commit.

Things took a turn when in June of 2021, another woman came forward saying that she too had been raped by this same male cop back in 2008. Within about 2 months after she came forward, filing a police report and reporting with the FBI . . . the male cop "JB" along with his hired Private Investigator and his private attorney, developed an exaggerated story with several false claims against both women and one of their attorneys. These false claims were proven to be non-factual . . .  but there have been no consequences for this interference in a criminal case.

The woman that came forward in June 2021, has had her case opened and closed rather quickly for "lack of evidence." (Although there is plenty of evidence according to some in opinion.) After her case was closed and upon an analysis of the report, it was discovered that there was a third woman who had accused the same man of rape back in 2008! In that case her evidence was allegedly tampered with, but when the Prosecutor asked the BCI (ran by the Attorney General that is prosecuting Miss Waters) .  .  . the AG of Ohio refused to investigate. Therefore, the Ohio Supreme Court was asked to appoint a judge, who then appointed a new prosecutor to investigate the alleged tampering with rape case evidence from 2008. This is now in progress.

In the meantime, Miss Arica Waters is awaiting her day of judgement in court on December 14, 2021 at the Ottawa County Courthouse in Ohio. She is facing up to two years of imprisonment and the State of Ohio has pummeled her attorney with objections to several of her witnesses (including two expert witnesses). There is a constant wrangling on behalf of Prosecutor for the State, Drew Wood against the defense team which consists of one female Muslim attorney, Sarah Anjum of Toledo, Ohio. This case is gaining attention from investigative reporters and legal professionals throughout the United States.

The words of a representative of the Attorney General of Ohio's office keep ringing in my ears: "We will not do this via the media." I suppose they thought they had the upper-hand and that they could do whatever they wanted with not just one rape victim, but THREE rape victims. They will NOT get away with "sweeping these women's trauma under the table." I can't imagine what it must be like, to be in the AG's shoes right now . . . defending an apparent serial rapist, treating him as the "VICTIM" and knowing that by doing this . . . it will bite him in the ass in the long run!

I failed to mention that the Governor of the State of Ohio, Mike DeWine has been silent during this persecution of these women. When one of the the victims emailed him, it was referred to the BCI . . . the BCI investigator wanted to investigate this . . . but she said that, "THEY will not allow her." My question is . . . WHO is THEY? and WHY is Dave Yost trying to silence these women?
