Greetings 

I am updating after a long time but nothing has changed since past 6 months. We were waiting for the revival order then and now also situation is same. Only  difference is that in between many court hearings  have taken place. In May three dates on 22nd, 28th and 29th were there but only partial hearing could have taken place  and next dates is on 12thJuly/23rd July. Million dollar  question here is whether complete hearing followed by decision on revival  would take place on above dates or again what buyers is going to get is the next date.

I on behalf of all #CheatedHomeBuyers of spirewoods request Honorable Justice  Jayant Nath Ji to expedite the process and make arrangements so that hearing can be completed followed by order for revival.
