Dear cheated Spirewoods home buyers,

I am happy to inform and want to congratulate you as we have achieved another milestone in the case number Co. Pet. 6/2019 and 704/2014. On Friday 12th July 2019 Honourable Justice Jayanta Nath ji reserved the order regarding Revival after hearing all the parties for about 45 minutes. 

There were two main points-

1. Honourable justice reserved the order as there is no need of further discussion regarding the revival. Voting has already been done and all reports of Chairpersons and OL have already been submitted in court. As per the report maximum number of Spirewoods and Spireedge E and F block buyers have given their consent. There were few objections of Spirewoods buyers. As per propounder's lawyer they are ready to accept these objections. 

2. Spireedge B,C and D block buyers are not part of the scheme and their case will be heard separately under case no 450/2018. Next date for matter is on 30th July.

On behalf  of all Spirewoods  buyers I want to thank Honorable Justice for giving us a  hope of getting  our flats by reserving the revival  order. I further want to request him to please  pronounce his order on urgent  basis.
