My question; Is HON T.P MLISWA immune from prosecution as he is related to the President?? He was "ACQUITTED" previously as he is related to Didymus Mutasa who was Presidential Affairs Minister at the time and 3rd most powerful man in Zimbabwe EX-CIO BOSS. He called in political favours from Johannes Tommana who was the Attorney General at the time. HON T.P MLISWA was boasting on Social media and national T.V. about being "ACQUITTED" on 70 accounts!! Mliswa is Rich; Powerful; Politically well connected BUT this should NOT mean he gets special treatment. IF anything MLISWA should lead by example as he is a servant and MP to the people in Norton Zimbabwe. He believes he was "ACQUITTED" BUT I gave the court overwhelming evidence to support my case and get a conviction. CORRUPTION; BRIBERY and Political Favours beat me. This was a RACIALLY MOTIVATED HATE crime because I am WHITE and BRITISH, Period!! Mliswa had won before the "trial" had even started. Mliswa CRIMINALLY DEFAMED me. The state prematurely closed my case WITHOUT allowing FIVE state witnesses to testify against the accused. The investigating officer detective seargent Mashvokeni and Bushu. The Deeds Office (Mliswa Forged Documents) The Auditors and my wife who witnessed the entire ordeal. Orders were coming from the Top (Didymus Mutasa) IF Zimbabwe is Democratic and the Judiciary is unbiased then A PRECIDENT MUST be made to show the World that Zimbabwe is definitely open for business and this will NEVER happen again to any other FDI creating employment for the amazing people of Zimbabwe?? This was Zimbabwe's Number One Choice Manufacturing company and Motor Vehicle Company supplying the entire nation of Zimbabwe until HonT.P.Mliswa illegally seized them.......
