Two years and a month and still no reinstatement or charge.

Last October Ann Black wrote me an email agreeing that the length of time I had been suspended for (at that time 18 months) was "a ridiculously long time" and that she would ask for my case to be dealt with on 31st October 2017, saying she expected "[a decision] either to lift the suspension, or refer to the NCC (very unlikely as I've seen no evidence)." Unfortunately, despite this email, no decision was forthcoming and I still have heard no official justification for the continuing delay. With the two year anniversary passing, I am wondering just how long it will take for me to be reinstated. I have heard of people being expelled for two years after due process. My suspension was supposed to be an administrative suspension, not a punitive one. A copy of the email from Ann Black is posted with this update.
