JUSTICE HAS NO VIP LIST: Demand Accountability for Abuse, Protect Children, and Stand With
The Issue
JUSTICE HAS NO VIP LIST. WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY!
How many survivors must suffer before meaningful change happens?
WTFU We Demand Accountability How many children must be harmed before institutions take responsibility for protecting them?
How many times must the public learn about failures within powerful institutions before demanding answers?
IT'S TIME FOR THE PEOPLE TO STAND TOGETHER.
We are calling for justice, transparency, and accountability for survivors of sexual abuse, Satanic ritual abuse, child exploitation, human trafficking, and institutional abuse.
We believe no individual should receive special treatment because of wealth, political influence, celebrity status, professional position, or religious authority.
The law must apply fairly to everyone.
Allegations must be investigated when warranted, evidence must be taken seriously, and guilt must be determined through a fair legal process.
We are not demanding trial by social media. We are demanding a justice system that works fairly, protects survivors, and holds people accountable when wrongdoing is established.
OUR DEMANDS
1. INVESTIGATE CREDIBLE ALLEGATIONS
We call on the appropriate federal and state authorities to investigate credible evidence of sexual abuse, child exploitation, human trafficking, and related crimes, regardless of the status or influence of the individuals involved.
2. DEMAND TRANSPARENCY IN ANY CASE. THE EPSTEIN, OTHER INSTITUTIONAL, AND OR ORGANIZATIONAL CASES.
We call for appropriate review of documented investigative failures involving Jeffrey Epstein and related cases.
We support the release of records that can lawfully be made public, appropriate explanations for continued withholding where legally permissible, and investigations into credible evidence of additional crimes or official misconduct.
Being named in a record or associated with an accused individual does not, by itself, establish criminal wrongdoing. Accountability must follow evidence.
3. HOLD INSTITUTIONS ACCOUNTABLE
Government agencies, religious organizations, schools, charities, and other institutions entrusted with protecting people must be held accountable when investigations establish that they concealed abuse, obstructed justice, retaliated against reporters, or violated applicable laws.
We call for appropriate independent oversight and meaningful consequences for established misconduct.
4. PROTECT SURVIVORS
Survivors deserve dignity, safe reporting procedures, protection from retaliation, and access to appropriate legal assistance and trauma-informed support.
No survivor should be pressured to disclose their identity or share traumatic experiences publicly to be heard.
5. STRENGTHEN CHILD PROTECTION
We call for stronger safeguards, effective reporting procedures, and meaningful oversight in organizations responsible for children's safety.
Protecting children must take priority over protecting an institution's reputation.
6.
DEMAND THE STRONGEST POSSIBLE PENALTIES FOR THE MOST HEINOUS CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN
We call for legislation that imposes the strongest penalties permitted by the Constitution and applicable law on individuals convicted of the most heinous crimes involving child sexual abuse, human trafficking, and organized sexual exploitation.
We also call for lawmakers to pursue lawful legislative changes that would make the death penalty available for the most severe qualifying offenses, where constitutionally permitted, with due process, reliable evidence, and full judicial review.
No wealth, political influence, celebrity status, or religious authority should shield a convicted offender from the full consequences of their crimes.
7. DEMAND PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY
We call on the appropriate authorities to explain what actions they can lawfully take, address documented failures, and provide public updates when legally permissible.
The public deserves meaningful answers about how institutions respond to abuse and what changes are made to prevent future harm.
WHY WE ARE STANDING TOGETHER
This is bigger than political parties.
It is bigger than religious affiliations.
It is bigger than individual personalities.
It is about protecting children, supporting survivors, and demanding that the law be applied fairly.
We can disagree about many things and still agree that children deserve protection, survivors deserve dignity, and established wrongdoing must have consequences.
We refuse to accept a world where influence determines whether accountability is pursued.
We refuse to stop asking questions simply because the answers may be uncomfortable.
And we refuse to confuse public accusations with proven facts.
WE DEMAND JUSTICE BASED ON EVIDENCE, NOT STATUS.
By signing this petition, you support fair investigations, appropriate transparency, stronger survivor protections, and accountability for established misconduct.
