Urging AG to File Notice of Appeal on Sec 84 Penal Code: Review Behavior & Evidence Now

Dear Supporters,
We have successfully crossed 51,000+ signatures! Thank you for standing in solidarity to seek ultimate clarity and justice for Yap Shing Xuen.
As the statutory 14-day appeal window is actively ticking, we are formally and respectfully directing our collective appeal to the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) of Malaysia. We urge the Public Prosecutor to exercise its statutory right to file a Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeal.
Our focus is strictly based on established Commonwealth and Malaysian jurisprudence, notably Tiong Ing Soon v PP [6 MLJ 542], which dictates that the statutory cognitive test under Section 84 of the Penal Code must holistically examine the conduct of the accused prior to, during, and after the offense. We humbly submit that the objective evidence regarding premeditated anti-forensic precautions warrants a rigorous secondary evaluation by the appellate judiciary to determine the alignment between medical assessments and statutory legal culpability.
This petition serves as a peaceful, lawful public plea to the Attorney General to preserve public interest and ensure comprehensive judicial review.
