Background:

Globiance, a platform offering cryptocurrency exchange, staking, and wallet services, has mishandled users’ XDC tokens, resulting in substantial financial losses.

During platform migrations, staking transitions, and routine account usage, numerous users have reported that their XDC tokens were either:

Lost,
Frozen,
Prematurely redeemed without user authorisation, or
Made inaccessible without any clear communication or resolution from Globiance.

Despite repeated attempts by affected users to contact Globiance support for assistance, responses have been delayed, insufficient, or completely absent. Many users have been left without access to their assets, facing severe financial and emotional hardship.

Globiance operates in several jurisdictions, including Singapore, Australia, Lithuania, Peru, and more, but has failed to properly protect user funds across all of these regions.

What We Demand:

A full investigation into Globiance’s handling of customer funds by financial regulatory authorities (including FSCA, MAS, ASIC, and others);
Public disclosure from Globiance regarding the extent of affected accounts and lost funds;
Immediate steps toward compensating affected users;
Regulatory measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring safer operations for crypto holders globally.

Why It Matters:

The mismanagement of digital assets by centralised platforms undermines trust in the financial system, especially for emerging cryptocurrencies like XDC. It is critical that users’ rights are protected, that platforms are held accountable, and that stronger consumer safeguards are established in the growing digital economy.
