Indigenous Elder from South Australia's Yorke Peninsula has asked for help to save 200 wombats destined to be destroyed by farmer who is leasing the land.

Wombats in this region are listed as Endangered with an estimated population of 640 yet nearly a third is legally to be culled �

The Department of Environmental and Water has confirmed they have issued a destruction permit for these wombats and we want to stop this from happening. 

We are absolutely heartbroken at the thought and as it is baby wombat season, many more innocent wombats are set to be killed. Please help us stop this x
